It consists of tomatillos, habaneros, and garlic which is then blended with white vinegar, pink himalayan salt, and a splash of filtered Oregon water. Instead of roasting the ingredients, we slowly smoke them with Cherrywood over charcoal which gives you a flavor that is unlike any other hot sauce on the market. It’s a crowd favorite and can be very addicting. Pairs well with just about anything. Great on top of a oyster shooter, sandwiches, or huevos con papas.
