Real, boiled, bagels -- not the soft little bread rings that get called 'bagels' around Portland. These are great bagels that no New Yorker would turn their nose up at. The salt version is good and not excessively salty. (Sometimes salt bagels have so much salt on them you'd think they were rolled in rock salt. Not these guys.)
